Couple ideas .....
per segment, like you mentioned is a great option. PHX-SAN, $2.00 done. Easy.
per day, say $10.00 then flight changes, short round trips, connections etc. it all works.
per week. say $15.00 for those flying a lot, once (if ???) this goes system wide I can see a large market for this.
monthly rate???
"Coupons" ?? Maybe biz fares get comp connections?
