the look and feel of the new site is very clean and efficient. i would recommend reducing the size of the main body of the landing page (i.e. book a flight, check in online...) so it does not require you to scroll down to see the entire page.
my personal preference would be to have the "my southwest" at the top rather than the bottom.
in any case, i love the site and think you have the best one from a functional standpoint
