I too just like alot of the people above that are commenting, am trying to find an organizational chart. It seems as if there are specific departments that each has a supervisor but other than that it seems as if the employees are given a sense of empowerment to make SouthWest Successful.
This chart is needed for my Hospitality and Tourism Class that we are doing a research paper on. This paper is due on November 25, 2008. If you could possible get back to me as soon as possible I would so greatly appreciate it!
