It looks like his Brian Lusk guy is going to be looking for a new job soon. Dude, just because the new program has consumed your life for the last few years doesn't make it a good program. People will have their opinions. We will express them with our dollars. Do not sit on your high horse and tell us how great this program is or will be. We are smart enough as consumers to realize all SW is interested in now is the bottom line. Knowing that I'll just take my dollars elsewhere. The airport is full of other airlines to choose from and now I have a reason to try some of the others.
