The Provisioning Agent is a great job. You job is to ensure each A/C is fully stocked with supplies. I think the best part about the job is getting to work with so many wonderful SWA Employees. You get to work closely with the Flight Attendants, Pilots, Ramp Agents, Operations Agents, etc..... The Provisioning Agent also make our PAX's very happy. When that business person or family have been traveling all day and have had no time to get a quick bite to eat, they are very excited to be getting that bag of peanuts and a cold drink that the Provisioning Agent made sure was on that flight.
