You once served PTI (Greensboro, NC) as I flew to and from this airport when I first met my husand in 2001. I do wish that you would return as I have a daughter moving to Birmingham soon and I would love to fly there often. !!!! We do fly to Reno a couple time a year as I have children living there also.....I LOVE SOUTHWEST. Your staff is friendly and love that BAGS FLY FREE !! Keep up the good work....
