As a retail concession associate at OAK, and an Oakland resident, Volaris is more than welcome! The fares listed over the first two days on the airline from here to Toluca and Guadalajara are eye-catching! The only slight downside--depending on one's preferences--is that both departures from here (one to each city) are red-eye flights, leaving as late as the wee hours of the morning. Aside from that, Volaris will be an even greater addition--with our being a focus city for Southwest--once codeshare flight schedules are official. It will be interesting to find out how long we might/will be the only US airport with nonstop flights on Volaris to Guadalajara. (??)
