I love SWA and travel it both on leisure and for work. I have never had a bad experience even when I got snowed in and my flight had to be laid over on the way down South, SWA was so nice and accomadating. I just wish they would open a terminal down in Jacksonville, NC for the service people and families and all those who visit that area instead of having to land in Raleigh and rent a car and drive down. But I love SWA and would never fly another airline!!
