I just want to add my comments about the loss of flights between BWI and LAX. With great pleasure we have been taking this flight about every 6 weeks for the last five years. Most of the time the flight is almost full and we have even gotten to recognize some of the "regulars"
Can you please explain why we will not have any n/s servicew to L.A from the Washington ?Baltimore area?
We do love Southwest but feel that we have been deserted.
