Leah, I work in reservations and I also work the TTY line (we call Services) which also includes Rental Car Services.........To answer your question about how many calls we receive........We receive about 20 to 30 calls each day but about 90% of them are customers that either have called the wrong number or they think they are calling a number that is voice......we get about 2 to 3 calls that have TTY use...... ...
