i know this is off topic, but i want to say it anyway.
the last time i went to see TX relatives, i told everyone big enough to listen (when i got home) that SW staff are the absolute best! they're all sweet, smart and funny. what a pleasure to fly SW. i am blessed. (going again the 20th). kudos, y'all!
