Where is the apology regarding the previous "apology"?
You disclosed his purchasing of 2 seats and insinuated that this was common of Kevin Smith, spinning this the reason why he was removed as being "Too Fat To Fly" (in his own words).
I find it wrong that SWA disclosed customer details in an effort to defend itself.
It is even more of an insult when the disclosure is a half-truth to make your own firm look better.
So, where is Christy Day's Apology for her snarky blog post about the incident when she didn't have any correct information to base it on?
