Thanks for the change in the booking process. I only have one question about that: WHERE ARE THE DATES? I CALLED THE RESERVATION LINE AND THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS CALLING FROM A NUT HOUSE! YOU POSTED THAT YOU WOULD MAKE THE TENTATIVE DATE AVAILABLE. WHY DONT YOU TELL THE EMPLOYEES FIRST BEFORE THE PUBLIC SO THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND BE ABLE TO USE THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WE ALL HEAR ABOUT!
