Have called you 6 times in the last week - about 9 hours of my life on hold... Fly the airline every week and still can't do stuff on-line. My wife's companion pass is useless as I have to wait on hold for hours now.... You say it is fixed - I just tried to get into my account using 4 different browsers - NONE Worked. On my last call, I asked for someone that could do something to call me back... I was told NO. My email response was "someone will get back to you within 10 business days"... Please get it together.
