Luckily we live in Windsor, Ontario, on the Canadian side of the Detroit River, so
we don't have to drive 250 miles to Toronto and pay probably double or more one way than a round trip on SWA out of Detroit Metro. This even holds true when a flight is booked on relatively short notice. In 7 or 8 trips to Arizona, including 2 into and out of Phoenix, my wife and I have never had a bad experience with any SWA staff. Even though we don't qualify for frequent flier status, I can say that the same trip on another carrier didn't go nearly as well.
Regardless of who came up with the business plan first, it works for you. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
