Kudos to you SWA. I like the new plan a lot. One question though. Your website says "an adult" may board with a child 4 or under. I believe the website used to say "families with a child 4 and under". Will the GAs only allow one adult per child 4 and under or the whole family of the child? I personally would like it to only be one adult per child in case I am unable to secure an A group pass. As for charging for As in the future, I have no problem with it as long as the charge is nominal ($20 each or less). I would object to tying As to higher priced tickets (full fares) as that would shaft the Ding flyers, IMHO.

So SWA had to eat some crow. Thats good. I just hope she follows through and sues you. I still think she will collect bigtime. You need to learn that the customer is STILL always right. You guys blew it bigtime on this one! If you had any sense of damage control you would apologize to her and fire Keith. As it is I hope she sues you and collects bigtime. I know if I were on the jury, a number with six or more zeros would be appropriate. Maybe then you would get the message.

I think SW should leave the third party A retrieval sites alone. They are just assisting travelers who may not be able to get online in time themselves. Its called capitalism. The other alternative would be for SW to charge a fee for A passes at the time the ticket is purchased. I would have no problem paying SW $10 each way for an "A Fee".
