Look what they did to Midwest and their employees (most are out of work, replaced by lower cost regional pilots & flight attendants). Speak for yourself. The cultures of the company are opposite. Southwest's employees contribute solidly and are team oriented unlike the many individualists at Frontier. They go the extra miles every day. Have you ever seen ramp people or agents act like they don't want to be there? Never! Unfortunately, even with some good employees at Frontier, many of the ramp personnel and agents don't seem to posses the same spirit They act like they're doing the company a favor by showing up. ...
