This sounds like you have had a great year.
I have a couple of friends who work for SWA and I would love to work for SWA. I can handle basic clerical duties (filing, some computer experience) and I love dealing with the public.
Southwest carries a soft spot in my heart. We have always been taken care of as passengers, including my 85 year old mom. The company has seeded and branched beyond its comprehension and it has the right to be proud.
