"reached out" is now my favorite euphemism for "public pranging".
All I know is were this exact same series of events to have happened to a normal human, they would not have gotten a personal phonecall of apology, a lightning-fast rescheduling and a blog entry about the event and its resolution. Not to mention about eighty fragdillion comments on same.
Good job of putting out a fire over a weekend, tho.
