Hello Everyone,
After applying for a Ramp Agent position @ LAS, I spent the last 34 minutes reading through Back to Work and Back to Work - The Sequel.
So I thought I would toss my name into the mix.
My fiance and I just returned home (BUF) from Vegas last night and while we were checking in our boarding passes, I spoke with one of the reps at the counter about hiring positions w/Southwest. He informed me the company was always looking for Ramp Agents @ LAS, so here I am, jumping on the first opportunity I have seen.
As a passenger, I have flown Southwest 4 out of my 8 flights throughout my lifetime (the 4 Southwest flights, I was able to choose, the others were out of my hands unfortunately). I have enjoyed all 4 flights greatly.
I would like to ask two questions:
a) Might there be any Business Analyst / IT / Web Design (or similar) positions available at LAS?
b) Should I be accepted for an interview at some point, is it possible to interview at Southwest in BUF (not that I wouldn't mind flying out to the southwest again)?
My goal is to re-locate to Henderson/Las Vegas, NV or the Phoenix, AZ area with employment from Southwest at some point in the near future.
