I have a concern. YEARS ago Southwest flew out of SFO and they pulled the plug because delays at SFO were creating delays all throughout the system. This is because Southwest's flights are more circuituous than most airlines (a single plane will fly from SFO->San Diego->Saint Louis->Birmingham->Chicago). 1 hour behind at SFO means 1 hour behnd in Birmingham with a possible cancellation in Chicago.
How has Southwest addressed this issue?
