I'd recommend that you make wifi free for customers who purchase business tickets and keep it close to the 5 dollar range for everyone else. I think 10-12 is higher than most impulse buyers will want to spend for wifi on their flight. Also, you could start advertising it as an add on for customers to purchase when they buy their tickets (once it becomes available on ALL fights) and then you could use the confirmation codes from customers who pre-buy wireless (or some other code) as their method of "payment input" when they go to connect on their flight. If you're advertising it pre-flight you will increase wifi awareness and encourage even more people to bring their laptops with them and use this new service.
