How did the Southwest employees find out about Olivia's condition ahead of time? I would imagine preparing all that on the day of the flight would be impossible! So they must've found out months or possibly a week before. Just very curious about this aspect to see under what time constraints the Southwest MCO team pulled this off under. Because if it was short notice, it makes what they did even more amazing!
