Hi, I left my Ipad on a flight last night from Orlando to Philadelphia. Sadly it was a christmas present replacement for another Ipad I lost on, you guessed it, an airplane! When will i learn?! After the last experience though I realized that this lost and found system leaves a lot to be desired. Can anyone here tell me where to go in Philly airport to check up on this Ipad if its in lost and found? I have the box with the serial numbers to prove its mine and everything, and I'd really like to get it back this time! If not in philly airport where would it go?

The regular points did post, on Dec 21st. Unfortunately the tier ones have not, and no one seems to be able to assure me now that they will indeed post correctly and in time.

Ok so I had this discussion in another post and some people gave me some great advice. I called Chase Visa and confirmed how many points I had remaining to earn, and that if I earned them by spending $10,000 on the november bill that posts Dec 20th I'd be fine. I spent enough to earn 4500 points, and with some remaining full price travel got myself up to only 630 points shy of A list preffered status! So my last 4500 points would take me over the top! Only, now I'm getting the runaround about when those points might post on the account, and its starting to make me VERY nervous. Even though I called on 4-5 seperate occasions before this occured, now all of a sudden no one knows. Can anybody PLEASE help me? Is there anyone at southwest that reads these discussion boards? I've been a blindingly loyal customer for 14 years. All I really want is what I earned this time, for the first time ever. Is there anybody who knows what I can do to make sure the tier points I earned from Chase Visa for this year post for this year?

Thanks for the reply, sadly I have checked and they weren't in there. I called right after that to confirm how much was due, and they confirmed the amount but cannot guarantee they will post before January 1st. Which would mean I missed it even though I made it.

Hey there, I'm finally really close to A List Preferred, and i have $20,000 in additional card charges that should give me an additional 3000 points. The charges were done in November so clearly they should make the cutoff date of Monthly, but I've called the credit card company and no one can give me a definite answer. These will literally be the points that put me over the top, as I have one last trip wich will leave me about 1500 points short. Is there someone I can contact at Southwest Rapid rewards who can help me insure these get credited on time?
