The latest post on Hawaii routes is dated 2008. Well, that's 8 years ago and it's pretty weak especially since SWA bought AirTrans since that time. Come on SWA, it's time to go to OGG and HNL (at a minimum). I am proposing that SWA implement a new Rapid Rewards category, called "Companion Pass Preferred" to keep the revenue flowing from these new routes. A higher level of commitment by both the company and its passengers to maintain SWA's lead as the "Best Airline Rewards" program. A higher threshold for the passengers to attain (good for SWA), and a better reward from the company (good for the most elite SWA flyer). Time to go!
