According the Southwest Customer Service, we have two choices: take it or leave it. Per Ashley's friendly, but unhelpful response: Thanks for contacting us. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Currently, we reward our loyal Customers by providing them with Drink Coupons. Each valid Drink Coupon can be used onboard a Southwest flight for one free alcoholic drink. At this time, there is not an alternative choice to the Drink Coupons. If you’d like to “opt out” of receiving Drink Coupons, you can change your preferences by logging in to your account on Southwest.com. Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. From here, you can click on the "View My Preferences" box or scroll to the bottom section of the page. Next, select “Travel” from the menu options listed within the “My Preferences” section and you’ll see two boxes—“Airport” and “Extras.” Select “Extras” and click on the “Edit” button to change your coupon preferences.
