@erictucker So glad to hear you are excited for FA Class 2018 -- double check that you are on the portal profile for FA -- which is different that for other positions.(I have several positions of interests with different profiles) I have done this myself and have had good results by using the hyperlink provided in the confirmation e-mail. Hope to meet you in training until then have FUN and LUV the standby FA time!

Hello.... Well another - re-route - (we got this one)...on the way to FA Class 2018.... applicants who have xfinity/ @comcast.net as a service provider for e-mail may have missed the application. Comcast sent out an e-mail today mentioning due server upgrades 'interruptions" to messages occurred over the past week. Consider updating your profile e-mail to another provider (note the portal allows for several phone numbers however just one/primary e-mail) Also SWA peoples department please show us some LUV and circle back to applicants with e-addresses end in COMCAST.NET. ... just another re-route.

glad you know you marked to get the drink tickets... as I recall paid beverages during flight are $5 or so about the same as SBUX or a latte on the corner -- thank you SWA ... trust your drink tickets are on the way... use them well -- Luv travels

@travelgal59 Ditto... Although my extended international travels are in May...to my knowledge the 'icims' FA portal does not give an indication or update of out going communication at this time. I encourage you to continue to check e-mail ( my inbox can be monitored by a family member who could txt me or reach the tour/hotel to contact me ASAP night or day) as well as the community posts. Which RR members will get the ART -- year in review? I just saw the feature and found it very luv'ly. On a separate note I want to gift 50k points to my daughter Class 2018 USC -- to encourage her to LUV SWA. But it appears to be expensive to transfer or gift points from my RR account -- Am I missing something?

@ChristinaAyala Hi - Where can I review more details of the CSR position? I.E. (not limited to..) How are shifts assigned (am, pm swing m-f or weekend) can you switch shifts like FAs do with trips? Also various items re: work perks and wage -- approximate cost for healthcare coverage and starting comp. etc I file my taxes in WA and have a home in AZ -- still OK to apply for the PHX CSR? Happy to read more if there is a link -- has a CSR written about their position? Happy V Day LUV it...

@tjanestepp Glad you like the low fares -- fly more -- There is no catch or need to sign up for something. The other two fare options are more flexible if you need a refund or like to get on the plane in the A group.. Bonus if you need to change the wanna get away fare within 24 hours full refund and after that no Change fee --you have 12 months to use your $$.. Fllying SW has lowered the stress level in marriage around travel -- LUV the FUN!

@KelbyTansey And all of the other hopefuls of FA '18 Class -- the system does work!! I do not have quick access to all the 'shout outs'(it has been a busy night and morning on the community) I will stay online with the swa community to help in anyway I can... others that complete the process sign out of the career portal to free the capacity for others -- like de-planing quickly -- HINT snapshot/screen print your dashboard for a timestamp and a LUV feeling your appication and profile information is up loaded/submitted -- other challeges may come up in along the journey -- We will get there together....
