I am trying to have the Visa card anniversary points put into my Rapid rewards account. I try to request these missing points online, but it just keeps showing me my existing points and there is no form or anything where I can request the missing anniversary bonus of 7500 points. Can someone post a lin or something? I spoke to a rep today and they said I will be given them, but the rep was very difficult to understand and I don't think they really requested these points for me. The points are from LAST December. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

Can I pay the $40 at the gate and upgrade to boarding positions A1-A15, if I have not paid for Early bird boarding when I booked my flight? Let's say my boarding position is C50 (becuase I did not pay for early bird). I can then upgrade to A1-A15 by paying the $40 at the gate? Thanks for your help.

Can someone from SW Airlines please post the STEPS on your website to get to where I can rent a car using my rewards points? I have a Chase SW Airlines Visa card. All I can find is how to EARN points. I want to REDEEM my points and book a rental car. And exactly, why do you make this so hard to find on your website? It is easy to use my points to book a flight, but it appears to me that it is deeply hidden on how to use your points to book a rental car. Thank you. (The post that says to click on "More Rewards" only takes me to where I can EARN points - not REDEEM them and book a car.)
