Do I need to cancel first or just open the reservation and "change itinerary"?
This will reset to the lower price for the same flight?
And the difference isn't refunded, just held for a future flight?
If I don't use the left over within a year of the original purchase date, not the reservation date, I'll lose the difference....

Speaking of fares.... If I bought tickets a month ago and find that the price has dropped on the same flights, can I get my tickets discounted to the better price?
