I love your fares especially your military discounts!!! my only issue is while you are serving the troops with these great fares we always end up sitting in middle seats because we can't check in on-line. So by the time we get to the airport and have our IDs checked the majority of the plane has checked in on-line and we end up with a C boarding pass. I fly SWA atleast once a month on a military ticket (my husband is stationed in TX and I am in DC) and I have yet to get a seat that isn't a middle one. Please update your system to allow us to atleast reserve a seat like the other passengers within 24 hours of the flight. You could still require an ID check. For example, you could have us accomplish the first step of the boarding process but the document that generates could say, "ID CHECK REQUIRED AT TICKET COUNTER."
I really appreciate your nod to those of us that serve but if you really wanted to honor us allow us the same shot at a comfortable seat as everyone else on the flight.
