So, I dont drink alcohol and I know several other people who do not. I continue to receive drink coupons from SW which I never use. I am really curious to find out why SW does not give customers an option to chose drink coupons or free wifi. A drink coupon is worth $5-8. Wifi inflight is also worth $8. So why cant this be a new marketing strategy? Is wifi really that much more expensive than alcoholic drinks on board? I have even called and made that suggestion but it got nowhere. I am not sure how to escalate this to upper management so I can get an official response to why this cannot happen because it makes a lot of sense to me.
