As a flight attendant and 7 yr employee with SWA, I've been reading all the negative comments in regards to EBCI. I understand that hesitation and resentment towards any change, especially when it comes to money in this trying economy. When I heard about this I was fearful of all the backlash that would come (and it has...) With the start of the EBCI, it states that you are not guaranteed an "A" boarding card. I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you, even the anonymous posters, on my next flight. I will, as will ALL my friends and coworkers, give it our best to make your flight an enjoyable one.
