I know a lot of you are familiar with DING!, and we even have our own Ding Boy reading the blog.  (In case you don't know what DING! is, it is a notification device you can download to your computer that will notify you when we publish our lowest sale fares, which are available for a very short time.  For more info and to download DING! click here. )  Here's a heads-up to our blog readers.  If you have DING! downloaded by Sunday,  April 13, you will have a chance at some awesome low fares available on some flights into and out of Denver, Baltimore/Washington, and Chicago Midway, plus possibly within some other markets.  Once these fares post, you will have 12 hours to purchase. Even if you can't take advantage of these fares, DING! will be bring you low fares in the future.

I flew from Chicago to Phoenix this past week and there were only about 60 people on the flight in the evening. My comment is, why not use DING to sell all these vacant seats last minute. I'm sure there is a market out there for something like this and it would be a win-win situation for Southwest and the faithful DING customers like myself!
