Hola! By rule, the passport books of your party must be verified by a Customer Service Agent or scanned at an automated kiosk at the landside check-in ticket counter on the day of travel before a physical or digital boarding pass is issued.

Jamaica also requires completion of a predeparture entry form. Not sure if this needs to be verified at the Check-In Counter also prior to the issuance boarding passes.
