On May 1st the Southwest app was working on my iPhone 5s but the next day (May 2nd) when I tried checking in the app gave me the following error: "We've retired this version to the hangar. Please update your app by visiting the app store or by visiting southwest.com/ios."
Unfortunately, both options to update the app take me to the iTunes app store which has the identical app available which doesn't work. I realize that this may be due to my iPhone being older and not having the lastest iOS version, but this seems like it's also a problem that Southwest could prevent or have a solution for. As a result, I can't use the app anymore.

I have iOS10.3.2 and the app isn't working on my iPhone 6. I keep getting a message that says Sorry! We can't seem to connect. Please check your connection and try again. I deleted the app and reloaded it. It worked for a few days then I started getting the message again. Any advice?
