Traveling with a CPAP machine

Hi, I have to travel with my CPAP machine. My flight is on December 24th 2023. Will this qualify me for pre-boarding? If so, who do I need to talk to. My machine is big and bulky.

I'd say "no" for the typical CPAP machine, but you do get to count it as a third piece of carry-on medical equipment.

If you have something that doesn't fit in a messenger bag size carry on then I'm not sure.
