Excellent Injury Accommodations

I wanted to share my excellent experience during my return trip to Florida after badly breaking my leg on a mountain biking trip to Idaho. Southwest allowed me to reserve an extra seat. The gate agents were able to get me the entire row so I could keep my leg elevated. Southwest is a great company with excellent employees. The extra accommodations made a very stressful situation as good as it could be.
