Watching movies on android v11 tablet...chrome or native browser the same

Since I have had my android v11 tablet (Kernel 3.10.72) running  10 cores @2.3GHz, I am completely unable to watch in-flight movies. Can someone really help?

Is it just movies? TV? Can you even access the site while in flight?
