I received he same anniversary cross promotion but mine is 20 years. I go to the link, and it asks to enter my name and RR number, but it doesn't take. Please advise.

I received the same Happy 20 year anniversary (even though it is 25 according to my profile). However, when the link provided opens and ask for the information, it does not take. It isn't recognizing the information I am putting in (yes, it is correct). Please advise.

I didn't receive the offer, but put in my information at the website on the pic you attached and it brought up a 10 year anniversary for me.  Worked fine.  Receiving 750 companion pass points in 6-8 weeks.
