Hi! There is currently a sale for 35% off points when you book a flight. We are having difficulties booking online and went through customer service by phone. They could not find the 35% off points. We did not book. The terms online for the 35% off says points can be purchased by phone, but the rep said he had no information about the promotion. Any suggestions how we can use this by phone?
