I purchased 3 tickets...two of them were in one transaction for my boyfriend and son, the other one was a separate transaction for myself. The tickets I bought for my boyfriend and son are not showing up on my account, I did find them through the confirmation number, but I cannot add them due to my rapid rewards # is not in their name...how do I fix this or add them to my account so I can check us all in?

You can;t have tickets for another person show up in your account. They can only show up in the accounts of the ticketholders. If they have RR accounts and you uaed their RR #s, they can see them in their accounts. If they dont have RR numbers, have them get them.

Thank you for your response...That is what I thought but, in the past I bought a ticket for my dad and myself and they both were under my account...
