Error Message when trying to add Companion

Account shows I have the CP available. 
I get error message 503301108 when I try to add companion. 
I used points for original ticket.

I got the same error message but was able to finally book the CP by changing the payment method and using a different credit card

I am having the same issue when trying to add companion.... on both mobile and computer. and of course the phones are still down!
