Failed to redeem 25k RR points

Hi. My daughter & I were impacted by the SW flight disruption last yr. We were emailed codes for 25k RR points that never expire. Apparently they had to be redeemed earlier this year. Is there any way I can get the points still ?? It's the only way I'll be able to fly this year.

The communication you received from SW explained what you had to do to actually get the points, and the dealine to apply for them was like 6 months ago. I suspect you are out of luck.
