Hello:
I signed up for a RR Chase Credit Card, met the spending requirement, and my points posted to my Chase account in late March. I still have 0 points in my Rapid Rewards account through Southwest. No bonus points, no points for purchases, nothing. Chase shows over 79,000 points. My southwest RR account shows 0. I have spent, at least 2 hours now trying to find the fine print to read, trying to figure out how to reach someone at southwest - the chat function was NOT helpful. How do I get this resolved?
Thank you!!!

Perhaps Chase assigned you a new RR number -- it has been known to happen.

THANK YOU! I was finally able to find the 2nd RR# and change the password. My points were in that account. I had to use a different user name. I believe previously I had tried using my email address which was the username for the other account. Much appreciated.
