At the beginning of the year, Southwest sent out a promo for 6x points on purchases the week of 1/8-1/14 on the SW credit card. I registered and it's been more than 6 weeks since the promotion period and I still don't see the points. What is the correct escalation path?

They say to allow up to 8 weeks to post; The last couple of promotions for me didn't get posted until very close to the 8 week mark; Also, on this specific promotion I think that I personally got confused on the terms, but not sure if that is the case for you. I initially thought it was for any purchases but as I read the details, I think it is only for southwest purchases.
