Redeemed rapid rewards order for gift cards and other items not delivered

Hi

I made a purchase of resturant gift cards and other items  via redeeming my rapid rewards. That was 11 days ago, the order is still pending and i don't know when i will recieve my order. The email confirmation is not showing a delivery date. When the order will be processed and how long it will take to get delivered?

Head to the rewards page, hit contact us, and reach out about it to the vendor. Might be out of SWA hands, but worth a try.
