I just did a search and the Points Plus properties are appearing as expected. Try searching again...
One side note: Earlier this summer, I had an issue of no Points Plus options appearing on Southwest Hotels at all. I eventually booked the hotel via Rocket Miles (has similar Southwest point bonuses and points count toward Companion Pass). Speculating the outage was IT-related and not done with intent.
