3 tickets - had to cancel, how to see credits for 2 other passengers?

Hi All, 

Had to unexpectedly cancel some upcoming travel for me + 2 others. I booked all 3 together, round trip. For the credit (wanna get away), how do I see the credit for each individual pax?

Currently: I see the credit for only mine in my account, the others do not have RR so assuming the ticket number is attached? The confirmation code only shows my amount for credit.

Have you tried to top of page click flight then check travel funds and type in there names?

That's right - you'll have to look each one up by confirmation number and their own names, the funds will be issued to each passenger for Wanna Get Away fares.
