Can you use Flight Credits towards Unaccompanied Minor service fees?

I know that I can use my son's flight credit towards his new flight when he flies Unaccompanied as a minor. Does anyone know if I can use the Flight credit also towards the service fee for an Unaccompanied minor?

Flight credits may only be used to buy flights.
