SAVE50 not working

I booked a cash flight using the SAVE50 code and it did not give me the discount.  I then tried booking the same flight using POINTS and the SAVE50 code, and it did not give the discount.  When choosing flights, it shows the price slashed or the points slashed and the new half price/points amount to be charged.  But after hitting continue, it reverts back to full price/full amount of points.   If you are booking during this sale thinking that you are getting the deal, check it out.  Has it working for anyone else?

Yeah. It worked for me.

 

Are you booking between 9/15 and 11/3? Those are the valid dates.

Yes, I'm booking last weekend of September.   (Shrug)

I've already emailed Southwest with my concern because there is a 2 hour wait for a phone call.  I hope they reply 🤞

Just used it to rebook a flight I had in September and it worked for me. 

you could try reaching out to SW on Facebook or Twitter and hopefully they can assist. 

if you booked and the discount didn’t apply remember to cancel before the 24 hour mark so your not locked in to travel funds.
